LCSC Monthly USPSA
FUN SHOOT
The LCSC Monthly Fun Shoot is a USPSA-style match held on Saturday. Match setup begins at 8:00 AM, followed by a mandatory safety brief once the build is complete. The match will start shortly after 12:00 PM. All Saturday shooters are required to assist with match setup. Following the match, squads are responsible for collecting brass and participating in stage teardown.

Mission
The mission of the LCSC Monthly Fun Match is to provide shooters with an enjoyable, low-pressure, half-day USPSA-style match that encourages skill development without the time commitment of a full match. By including a USPSA classifier and thoughtfully designed stages, the fun match gives shooters a chance to work on fundamentals, gain experience, and progress in classification, all while fostering a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that keeps the focus on learning, safety, and having fun on the range.
Fun Shoot Schedule
When to Participate
All LCSC USPSA Fun Shoots are scheduled for the first Saturday of each month. Depending on the time of year and daylight availability, matches may include one or two flights of competitors. At this time, we are operating a single morning flight, and we strongly encourage all participants to arrive early to assist with stage setup and stay through teardown.

Community involvement is a key factor in the success of these matches. At our very first fun match, with 50 competitors, everyone pitched in—building, shooting, and tearing down—and the entire event wrapped up by 1:00 PM. That’s a great day on the range: efficient, collaborative, and focused on doing what we love in a safe, supportive environment.
